The Meadows are thick with clovers and low-growing grasses, and rampart with wildflowers. A shallow pool bubbles up from the watertable in the lowest part of the area, feeding into a narrow stream that runs to the Blueburn River. Rabbits, quail, and pheasant are common, while mice and owls are frequently seen after dark. Deer and birds often forage on the Meadows.
