Not too far from the bustle of Market Row was an apothecary, the sign depicting a mortar and pestle alongside a conical flask. Finding the place had been simple enough, the man who ran it prepared a great number of tonics, lotions, and teas. He was, for many folks, the first port of call for sore heads, upset bellies, and flare ups of arthritis and lumbago.
His shop was well lit and airy, drying herbs hung in bunches from the exposed rafters overhead. There were cabinets and chests of drawers shoulder-to-shoulder against the walls, even below the large window facing the street. A boy was grinding something in a mortar while the apothecary, a man they’d learnt to be called Nathyn, extracted a small paper envelope from an equally small drawer, passing it to his customer and accepting a few coppers in return.

Approaching the shop was a familiar-looking pair often seen the past week in the area, one of the Tremaine twins with the giant bodyguard walking beside.
The two of them were accompanying another pair...

Kylie and Claryssa were each wearing cloaks despite the relatively warm day. Kylie to cover the fact that her gown made her somewhat overdressed, and Claryssa seemingly to match her mistress. They both openly admitted to the twins and to Kevith himself that he must not be able to help making one feel safe should he be at one's side.
The scents from inside wafted outward, herbs and plant life mixed with other ingredients.

"Kevith, you wait outside, in case he tries to run away," Mari murmured to her bodyguard. Also because a shop would probably be very cramped with all of them inside it with Kevith. "Lady Kylie, Claryssa, I will follow your lead inside. You both seem to have more knack for finding out truths from people."

Nathyn looked up, curious but as yet untroubled by the small knot of people outside his shop. Some people needed a little more courage to come inside that others. He moved over to his apprentice, checking his work and nodding in approval.

The well-dressed throng entered, looking over many of the concoctions and brews that were available. Herbs and scents were found as well and they took their time glancing about. Eventually, in a natural flow as they worked their way toward the front, Claryssa approached the man who seemed to be the head of the shop, Kylie following suit picking up a couple of items along the way.
Speaking in a tone of voice that was appropriate, the Braavosi began. "Are you the proprietor? My Lady is looking for something very specific among other things."

"My pleasure, what can I help you ladies with?" he smiled pleasantly enough, though his receding hairline, emphasised by the way he wore his hair slicked-back, had a greasy sort of aspect to it.

"I must admit, I have terrible nerves. And I've been suffering from some nightmares of late. What do you carry for such things? I know what Maester Kane would give me, but alas he is not here." Kylie smiled mournfully.

"A single grain of sweetsleep is my recommendation, or half a pinch before bed, but never two days in a row," he answered openly. "I can prepare you a dose, but more than that, you'll need to speak with Maester Hubert."

"It is my understanding that one can still have nightmares with Sweetsleep. I'm looking for something that will bring a dreamless sleep, if only for one night." She looked to Claryssa who nodded.
"Yes, my Lady truly needs a break from her frayed nerves." Kylie looked as put upon as possible.
"Oh, and we'd like to buy these." She produced a scent and an oil for skin.
