The day dawns clear and fine. There is a chill in the air, and the ground is still damp from the rains that passed on during the night, but both will quickly give way to what can easily be described as a beautiful day in the Reach. Today marks the arrival of guests for the Festival of Roses. Guards are on high alert, stopping people for the smallest of reasons and going through baggage and wagons.
