Squire Derrin, aided by a sympathetic guard, was able to avoid capture, fleeing north. He reached the Wall after a number of weeks of hard travel and pledged himself to the Night’s Watch.

Tipped off by Terrance Stone, Kenway engages Grassfield’s spies and contacts to follow up on the thieves guild. Around two weeks later, a raid is conducted. Four cutpurses and footpads are arrested, spending a brief time in the cells before being press ganged to the Wall.

Two days after the Festival ends, Harben takes a turn for the worse, the poison seemingly giving one last twist of the knife before it finally works out of the youth’s system. Though he will live, he still has no sensation in his extremities, he labours to breath, and now cannot even lift his head. Maester Hubert continues to scour tomes and scrolls, sending ravens to the four corners of Westeros, seeking a treatment that will reverse the damage done.
